Wire buried

I had fiber internet installed. 10 or so days later they buried the wire and it broke a wire for our invisible fence. I need to file a claim to pay Invisble Fence come out to repair our alarm fence for our dog.

Given the horror stories we see in here of what the subcontractors do when they bury a line, you got off extremely lucky!

Call 800-288-2020 and ask to file a damage claim.  Understand that with any bureaucracy as big as AT&T things don't move fast and when you add in insurance companies whose best speed is glacial when having to pay out, this will probably take awhile. 

If you wait to receive the claim before having the repair done your dog fence is going to be useless for quite some time.
