Will Fiber optics internet be available to my area soon?

I live like 3.2 miles from the city of Conway, AR on Highway 25 north. They are building a connecting straight highway that will intersect with I-40 from my road that is named Friendship Road. Since 2013 I have been stuck with 12 Mbs internet speed and chatting with At&t representatives is useless. I was needing some definite answers on this. From the beginning of my road roughly a 1000ft., the Vrad boxes that I have seen that has fiber ran to them is maybe capable of providing future fiber? I know At&t want a neighborhood of so many houses before they expand. I have a feeling that our neighborhood would qualify for such an expansion, plus bring in more people to my area because of fiber internet being present. If At&t want signatures in my area for fiber expansion, I would be happy to do it. I think the people in this area would be grateful to finally keep up with this speedy society for a change.

Thank you.
