Will AT&T finish installing fiber down Palmer Road?
My family has lived on Cresent Circle off of Palmer Road for 30 years. We have noticed that there are AT&T Fiber poles from the ground on either side of Cresent Circle. That is if you face north on Cresent Circle, you have one fiber pole approximately 2,000 ft. to the west and another fiber pole approximately 1,000 ft. to the east. These fiber poles are orange on top and white on the bottom. My question; is AT&T intending to finish installing the fiber optic cable on Palmer Road within the next year? I know there are other people who live on Cresent Circle who need AT&T Fiber internet; especially us. One of us is working from home who transfers large files that, on average of 2 to 3 days out of 5, the transfer takes 3 to 4 hours. The other person is having to work around this taking college courses online. I appreciate any information.

Thanks for your interest in AT&T Fiber, @scm0323!
We can’t provide timetables for specific areas. There are a wide variety of factors that will impact when a Fiber build has completed. Before we offer Fiber to your home, we want to make sure we can provide high speeds with a stable connection.
If you’d like to check if service is available to you now or to sign up for a notification if it does become available in the future, please visit att.com/NotifyMe. We will send you a notification via your preferred method as soon as AT&T Fiber becomes available to you.
We hope to reach your neighborhood soon. Let us know if you have any other questions, @scm0323!

White pole is with orange top would be a marker for anyone digging... not necessary ATT RESIDENTIAL FIBER, could be for cell tower, business, government, etc.
Is your local connection coming from a pole?
If yes looking for aerial fiber terminal.
IF your local connection is buried looking for a fiber pedestal
or handhold. Both are normally green, not white/orange.

Thank you all for this information. I see that the new subdivision, west of me, is the only ones with the green-top ground boxes. I'm taking the advice and see if the AT&T Engineers research my address about possibly upgrading to fiber. Again, I thank you all.
