Where is the local dispatch for Durham, NC?

I have been in a very eventful battle with AT&T’s garbage customer service. I had my wires buried this past Monday, 9/19/22. I received the two confirmation texts telling me a tech was to come out between 2pm and 4pm on 9/21/22. 9/21/22 comes along, and I go the entire day with zero communication. I call AT&T, to figure out why nobody ever showed up. After an hour of your awful outsourced representatives repeating the same thing I’m telling them the issue is and being transferred around, someone finally got me in contact with the internet department. The rep, unsurprisingly, had zero idea what she was talking about and I requested to talk to a supervisor. Why is the rep arguing with me choosing to be on hold while she gets in contact with a supervisor? Fast forward, no supervisor answers, so I have no choice but to wait for a call back, and the supervisor decides to call me back at 8pm, when I know the technician side is closed down already. This entire interaction has beyond (Edited per community guidelines) me the (Edited per community guidelines) off and is unacceptable. 

Today, 9/22/22, I call again as soon as the center opens and go right to a supervisor of the internet department. I’m being called a liar when I tell them I had someone scheduled to come out to install my internet 9/21/22 and they continue trying to play me for (Edited per community guidelines)ing stupid. I DO NOT like being called a liar. I want to be able to speak to someone immediately about getting a technician out to my home TODAY, not tomorrow, which will likely be pushed back again by another no show because apparently I’m a (Edited per community guidelines)ing liar.

there are no local dispatch centers all dispatchers are in atlanta or dallas

So how do I contact one of those dispatch centers or somebody that will get this resolved and have somebody out today? This whole ordeal has unprofessional screaming in my face and it’s extremely upsetting.

dispatch centers dont deal with the public, you have to go through the 800 number

The 800 number has been zero help. As (Edited per community guidelines) as it sounds, I noticed I had no issue at the start with getting the order and getting wires buried, and that was when I was speaking with people who are English as a first language folks. Problems didn’t start arising until I started getting the outsources reps in which you can clearly hear English is not a first language. 

If you know of a direct number that will not force me to deal with them and will actually be of help, I’d lovs to know it.
