Where is the easement?

Can AT&T provide me with record of where their easement is on my property? Who would I contact?

The local government agency that handles easements, generally a county office that is the Register of Deeds.

They do not have any on record. So how do I get it from AT&T. They should know since they need to know.

If the local government agency doesn't have a right of way marked on your plat, or an easement recorded, ask your public utility commission (or its equivalent) about the public right of ways bounding your property.

Utility easement includes electric, gas, water, sewer, telecommunications… if you have any of these services on your property there is a utility easement which includes ATT as telecommunication.

In my area / state the utility easement is 15 feet from pavement (road or alley) and 8 feet on either side of adjoining property lines for total width of 16 feet.
