Fiber run from green box at street to house was buried one week after installation of fiber. There were other houses in the neighborhood with installments in the same week or two, and all were buried on the same day. With the number of installations occurring these days, it would not surprise me if burying cable is scheduled to create efficiencies of tech resources. A single installation blocks or miles from any other concurrent installation might take longer. The tech installing to my house stated it would take 1-4 weeks and happily it was on the short end.
