When will they bury the cable?

My cable has been out there for 3 weeks.

We understand that you're needing help with getting your line buried. Let us point you in the right direction grbyrd99.

You can contact our buried wire team to get help with getting your line buried. It normally can take up to 30 days.

Please let us know if that helps.

They lie about it. We had fiber optic internet installed and were given a date by which the cable was supposed to be buried. It was about 2 weeks out from the installation.  They had said normally it's done in 10 days. Well, it didn't happen in 10 days and then it didn't happen by their own "deadline." Calling the Buried Wire Center gets you nowhere. They aren't allowed to tell you when you are scheduled or if you are scheduled. All they will do is tell you to wait until the date in their system. When that date is missed, they just give you a later date.  Meanwhile, the cable runs across our driveway and yard.......

Good luck! They won't come back and bury it. Our line has been laying out on the ground and d(Edited per community guidelines)d around 3 houses for over 3.5 months now. It was accidentally cut twice since it's just laying in the grass and in our gardens  but they never come back to take care of it. I have called and contacted them a dozen times and they just give you the runaround. Customer service, buried wires teams, direct contact with the technician that installed the temporary line get you no where. Don't expect them to ever complete the job. Terrible customer service
