When can I expect the AT&T fiber line to be buried?

My service was installed on March 7th. A new fiber optic line was ran and it's laying over my yard. I was told that someone would come back to bury it, but so far nothing has happened. When can I expect the line to be buried? Thanks.

I am in a similar situation. Line was repaired/installed in early March. Technician said to call the line burial number.

Burial number said that due to increased demand...please email [email scrubbed]

I did that twice and did not receive a response. I read the forums and they said to CHAT with ATT.

I did that 4/21/2020 and they set me up with a burial team to come out 4/22/2020. I confirmed multiple times through the chat that it was a burial request.

Technician showed up, said there was not a ticket in. He will put in a ticket for me. It will now be 10 days for a burial....

It has been 2+ months from the repair/install of the Fiber line. Unless I can get compensated for this time wasting, I am at this point looking to switch to MetroNet who just came into the neighborhood. My experience with ATT has been awful so far.
