What do I have to do to get the fiber optic cable buried

For 5 months now I have been trying to get AT&T to bury a cable that goes across my pool deck and two of my neighbors yard!

how is this acceptable? Now one seems to take ownership of the issue and everyone that I speak to is very good at deflecting the problem and kicking it off “next week” They blame the contractor and the contractor blames AT&T. I call the bury wire center well over a dozen times and every time they talk to me as if it’s the first time I call!

Hi and thank you for your reply, however as I stated in my original post, I have called well over a dozen times and it has been useless. I just called them yesterday and was on the phone with Christopher, a “supervisor” who told me that the AT&T tech needs to come out and open another ticket for the contractor. You guys are just going around in a circle! There was a tech here on Thursday! He told me that he would be back the following day with the contractor so we take the day from work but now one shows up! Now he doesn’t even answer his phone when I call. This is the 8th day we take off from work.

so please don’t tell me to call the buried wire center. All you are doing is the same as everyone else at AT&T, point the finger at someone else. Meanwhile we pay the price

Filed a complain with customer care executive and they reached out to me. Currently waiting on another tech that had already been scheduled to come out at the end of the week. Will post an update then.
