Waiting on corrections to the buried wires in order to get service (Fiber)

I'm hoping to get an update on when the wiring to my townhouse will be corrected (apparently it was incorrectly done initially). I had a previous completion date of 2/14 which was then delayed to 2/24. Today is the 25th and I have no word as to when this will be completed (as it has not yet been done). I'm trying to cancel my BrightHouse account but can't without a decent time frame and I seem to be running in circles trying to get an answer...
