Upgrade to fiber cost
We currently have AT&T Internet 18. We are scheduled to get fiber next week. Wondering what, if any, charges will be incurred for installation other that a modem upgrade. If they have to run fiber directly to the house and possibly directly to our modem, I'm assuming there will be a charge for this. Does anyone know the charges or where I can find it out before they come out? If it is bigger than $99, I will just stick with our current plan, as it is currently sufficient.

Existing customers would not have an upgrade charge to change platform type.
Specialor extra requests such as installing additional Ethernet wiring, jacks, or add on equipment can result in additional billing.
Depending on work needing to be performed, mainly getting fiber to the house and fiber inside the house expect 2 to 4 hours on site.
