Trees cut down during fiber optic cable installation
On Dec 2 or 3 a crew added fiber optic cable to the AT&T lines, cutting down trees and leaving them in my alley. They are young trees but not saplings and now I can't mow or maintain my alley. Does anyone who I can contact about getting them removed?

Let's get you pointed in the right direction to have those trees taken care of for you, @April48.
For further assistance with getting those trees off of your property and having your lawn restored to the condition it was in before the trees were cut down, we highly recommend filing a property damage claim.
To ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible, we ask that you have the following information available before filing:
Once you have the information together, call the Claim Center at 855-365-4976.
Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!
