The Fiber is already there, but I can't get installation support to realize it

I'm buy a new construction house.  AT&T installed fiber in February.  I talked to several workers wearing AT&T shirts with AT&T trucks and they said they were installing AT&T fiber.  However, (in August) when I call to get service turned on, the agent tells me that there's no fiber at the new address and that there isn't even cell phone service..... but I'm using my phone.  I think it's just that the address isn't in the system, but I don't know how to get through to someone that can actually tell the system that the fiber is there and ready to go. I have pictures of the box in front of the house!

Does anyone address on your street or next show up as fiber available when checking online? https://www.att.com/availability/

It may be that the fiber has not been activated for subscribers yet either due to not all work from the PFP has been completed OR a shortage of workers to meet current demand resulting in planned activations when other work has been met.

ATT has been hiring techs during this year, could not last year due to COVID training issues. It takes 4 to 6 months from hiring to tech hitting the load to make an impact. For most about 6 months 3 months classroom and 3 months field work before able to be affecting the work load.

Know anybody looking to work for ATT as an installer for internet / voip service... no DirecTv work or UVERSE IPTV work.

When checking there was 117 tech job openings across the 21 state footprint... that is likely 800 to 1000 positions as each training class normally is 8 new hires.
