Supervisor Contact Information
Does anyone have any contact info for a supervisor in AT&T Fiber group? I place an order for AT&T Fiber for a new house on November 8 and I'm still without service. I've been consistently lied to by AT&T agents regarding timing of the install, the service wasn't initially available at my address like they said it was, I've taken off multiple days from work to meet AT&T agents at the house, I was scheduled to meet a tech today between 9-11a and didn't hear anything from AT&T until 12:12pm letting me know the AT&T tech was running late. Whenever I reach out to tech support, I get passed between agents or between departments without anything getting resolved. Anyways, this is my first attempt to use AT&T for internet service and I'm ready to move back to Comcast Xfinity. HELP!
