After posting how AT&T hired contractors to dig up yard and install fiber optic cable, then left yard with trench and 3 foot hole, and all the associated frustrations, the response was to call 800-924-9420.

I called and was transferred to two different agents, then put on hold for 12 minutes.  Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor.  The "manager" transferred me yet again and I ended up speaking to 4 additional people.  I included the "Claim Ticket" number, only to be told it could not be found (after being given the number by the "manager".  The last person I was transferred to was with "Sedgwick" and the woman "Allison" I spoke with switched me to a number that had a recorded survey and then hung up on me.

I believe I have finally reached the point where I am going to file a claim in court and discontinue all AT&T services.

This is the absolute WORST experience I have ver had!

I filed a complaint with the FCC and contacted my City manager. I haven’t heard from either yet. I’m grasping at straws here.
