Static IP not working and Support can't help! How come?!
HELP!!!!!! AT&T Support is not able to understand the issue and resolve and for me is simple, I bought a block of Static IP 3 days ago and last night I was on the phone with support for 4h and was not able to resolve with the excuse that they need to process a new order in the am because of the late time. This morning I got a call from supporting saying order was processed and the IP should work and still not working in a call with tech support again for 1h and running in circle the issue is routing the static IP is not passing one of the AT&T routers and blocking the traffic.
AT&T can you please help and resolve it? is a very simple and too frustrated about your support team can't resolve it.
Anybody have a contact in tier 2 or support that really can take care of the issue and resolve?
Also @ATTU-verseCare can you help to resolve it today ? my email server is down because of it...

Issue resolved after talked with a supervisor!!! very painfull but happy that now is working!
