Smart Home Manager won't activate BGW320
I followed all steps and got to the flashing green light stage but Smart Home Manager Activate button never turned blue. Router info says WIFI enabled but Broadband is down. Searched all AT&T resources but there are no solutions. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected countless times over the past three days and keep getting directed to a support number THAT IS DISCONNECTED.

Verify if your registration went through. Go att.net/uverse and proceed.

Call 1-800-288-2020 and say failed self-install at the VRU prompts.
