Self install troubleshoot...not working

I followed the steps to self install modem. Broadband light is blinking red. It offers troubleshooting help but when I click on button it does nothing. No further help.

Are there other jacks in the house and have you tried them?

Its the fiber line doesn't go into regular jack.

Sounds like you have a failed self install and will need to get a tech out.  Does the fiber go into an ONT and then CAT5 to the modem or is it fiber clear to the modem?

ONT box. They PON line was cut outside. Had Techs out a few times. I'm told it'll be fixed this evening.

So the fiber was cut and you don't know why the broadband lights wouldn't work?  You don't think that might have been good upfront information?
