Residential Fiber Build-out
Is there a number I can call to discuss building out fiber to my neighborhood? Most of us are willing to compensate AT&T for the effort. We're tired of 3 Mbps DSL. TIA!

Unfortunately there is not. Look into other ISPs in the area. It may be years (if ever) for fiber to be available where you live. They have millions over several years to address, including new developments. Their rollout plan is kept to themselves, not shared with the public.
