Request AT&T for Our Subdivision

Our HOA would like to have AT&T service installed in our subdivision. We are in Titusville, Florida, and currently, we only have Spectrum available. Is there a way to formally request that AT&T install lines in our subdivision? Thank you for your help!

You can ask… with 5 zip codes, depending on the zip code ATT offers HARDWIRED internet service to 89% to 94% of addresses.

However the general area is only 20% fiber… that may improve over the next 3.5 years as ATT works on completing the 2nd 5 year build out by 2026 when 50% of hardwired addresses (30 million)  will have fiber, and 50% (another 30 million).

Does ATT currently offer any hardwired internet speed to the neighborhood? As your looking at upgrading existing service not installing new service. New service would be greenfield construction  developments where the developer contacts ATT not the HOA.

The president of HOA can try using the request form for MDU complexes for apartments / condos. Evaluation to determine if feasible, then planning to activation can take up to 2 years.
