Property damage

AT&T hit a water line while installing home internet and it has been leaking going on 5 weeks now. Didn’t receive the call back I was promised and decided to call back and been on hold for over 5 hours now. What happened to customer service? How am I supposed to get this fixed?

You should make immediate repairs for safety and sanitation. Then contact AT&T through their coinsurance handing company.

AT&T property damage claims are handled by Sedgwick. Try Sedgwick Claim Center at 855-365-4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST. (2020)
