Post installation issue

I had ATT Fiber installed  a week or so ago and it works great.  However, where the wire is laid they put a tube into the ground and ran the sire through it and into the house. The problem is that I need to have the tube moved - not where it comes into the house). We're having a patio being poured and the tube is right where the patio is going. I've managed to stop them from coming out and trenching and burying the wire but it's taken me two years to get the patio guy out here and I'm not stopping that. 

Who do I contact to schedule someone to come out?  Thanks.
