Please lay a dedicated line to my home

Hello U-verse,

I have just ordered U-verse internet service with you. I was told that I will have a dedicated line installed into my place. I just want to be 100% sure that I will be getting my dedicated line installed before the installation date  Will you please help me with this or get me in contact with the department who can?  I do not want to have to cancel my services just because I cannot get a line ran to my home.
