ONT Alarm is flashing red.
ONT Alarm is flashing red, I have tried restarting the ONT and restating the box but still going red I even looked outside to see if any cable from the fiber line was broken but no problem that I can see with the fiber cable.
It was just working this morning. :|
I can't check the outside box bc of a special bolt and I can't send a tech out rn.

ONT model?
For the 010 ONT would expect solid red, thus you likely have the 320 gateway with build in ONT.
Calling 800.288.2020 to schedule a tech dispatch is all you can do…
Problem maybe with fiber inside home, outside home or with the ONT itself.
