How many devices do you have on your network?
Is it just one device having the speed issue, or all of them?
We recommend that you reboot your gateway, because this will refresh the network.
Here is more information on how to increase your internet speed and get the most out of it. We suggest that you check out our Smart Home Manager Tool. At the bottom of that article, there is more information about the app. This will let you manage those devices on your network, and see which device is causing the slow speeds.
