Not able to claim my rewards

When called into the reward center I was placed on hold for 2 hours when the call answered it hung up this was last Monday it's hard to reach them because of their hours of availability only Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. mountain time and forward following that I tried to call the whole time it was too long then either a recording came on or no one ever picked up following that I tried to contact them through Messenger and that does not work it'll .

constantly give a message there is no one available.

I had AT&T service such as two iPhone 12s internet and voice over phone for work for 5 years and old residence and due to them messing up my order my order number became compromised and so then I had to create a new order running my credit new equipment and everything installation included instead of transferring from wrong resident to another and the state of Georgia I was then told out that I qualify for a $250 rewards and was sent an email following that I have sent in a copy of my latest bill with the 90 days they will not give me a cancellation letter even though I requested it and I had service with them and so therefore I'm unable to reproduce that cancellation I believe that this rewards is a scam what's up
