Non responsive construction contact
I have contacted the contractor and the ATT construction number provided on the door hanger..
The contractor said they are following the map given them by ATT and to call the number, [EDITED per Community Guidelines]. I have left three very detailed messages and have not received the courtesy of a call back.
I have been an ATT customer for over 40 years and I am also a stock holder. I have phone and hi speed internet and was excited that high fiber was coming to my neighborhood.
The issue is they have located the connection box on the wrong side of my property. All my utilities are on the north side of the house and the box was put over 120 ft away from those utilities. I am attaching a plot of my property. The red line is where all my utility lines run, including my current ATT lines. The greenish spot on the south side of the property is why they put the box.
I have driven my entire neighbor and every box was put on the utility side of the properties.
I will not be using ATT fiber if it requires digging 120ft under my 4 car circle drive. I'm sure you wouldn't accept this situation either. I am but one customer and one stockholder but I am an avid review writer.
My request is that the box be located on the north side of my property and connect to a box on the west side of Ross Ave as my current utilities, including ATT currently are.
My current options for internet besides ATT are Cox, T-Mobile, or OEC when they connect. I have stayed loyal to ATT as a customer and an investor but it is ridiculous for a customer to have to write the CEO about an issue that should have a local and RESPONSIVE contact.
