No help with validating address

Hello,

I live in a new neighborhood that is about halfway complete. ATT fiber is ran all throughout the neighborhood I even have ATT fiber markers in my yard and my neighbors up and down the street have it on both sides.

On June 6th I was supposed to have fiber installed after being told by customer service that it was in my area at my address and ready to go. Day of install arrives technician calls me and says they have to "add my address first" and that usually takes a couple of days. A saleslady then came out to my home who was of no help at all and all she did was try and sell me cellphone service which led to her trying to port my # over which didn't work and now ATT list my cell number as suspended even though they are not my cell carrier which has led to anyone with ATT trying to call or text me not being cable to connect. That is a totally different subject, my main issue right now is getting internet installed. I work from home and this has been extremely frustrating and nobody seems to want to help me. The lady that came to my home literally after I told her I was cancelling my cell service that "she wasn't getting anything out of this anymore. 

They have already submitted a ticket to get my address validated but every time I call nobody can tell me anything about it and I keep just getting the run around. Honestly this has been and incredibly stressful situation and every time I talk to someone because there not getting a sale out of it nobody wants to help. What more can I do to have this escalated? I have been lie to 3 times on the expected turn around. First I was told its not a problem we can still install, then I would have to wait a couple of days, then they said actually a week. NOW I'm being told by the sales lady that will be called by customer service and that basically she can't help me and to stop calling her as she's just a salesperson. The very salesperson that misled me on the wait time to make a sale.....

Please if literally anyone can contact me that would be greatly appreciated, at this point I feel like I'm beaten and there's nothing I can do.

My home itself does not show and we have established that with ATT because it is a new address. The service is in my easement though, they literally told me its a matter of adding it to the system and the lady who came to my house gave me a ticket number but it has been two weeks and I keep getting the runaround every time I call them. 

The whole neighborhood is wired for it and there is markers in my yard indicating where the line is. My neighbors up, down, and across the street have it in there homes which are finished and currently being lived in with active service. All of this information has already been shared with customer service when submitting the ticket. My main issue is I have gotten no response and every time I follow up i just get told to basically deal with it until they call me.
