New home- says service is not available

An Att rep is currently looking into this for me but wanted to know if it was a common issue. I am moving into a brand new home and I am trying to transfer my service but it is stating that internet is not available for the address. However, every house in the neighborhood is from the same builder and all homes are prewired for att. I even looked up my neighbor's address and it is stating that they can have service.

Maybe it's a new address thing and it will take AT&T awhile to update their database.

Until the address is complete in the Usps database AT&T won’t show it’s available to your home.

What “att rep” is looking into this? Did you request an address validation? Do neighbors on both sides of you qualify for service. Left and right of your address, not across the street. Aerial or in ground utilities? If in ground, do you see a box like this near your home? Usually in between homes along the street.
