New construction no internet
We recently moved into a new construction house and have struggled trying to find the right person to help us with getting AT&T fiber. They keep telling us the area we’re in is red area or that it needs to be 75 percent occupancy, which, it pretty much already is. Our neighbor right behind us all have Wi-Fi service and was also wondering why just our lane can’t be connected underground as well.

Hmm new construction. You do understand that AT&T can't just extend a Fiber service area like adding an extension cord. Your street would have needed to have been planned as part of a larger Fiber service area?
Is your entire "lane" new construction or just your house?
Normally the builder / developer would have had AT&T involved in the development of the facilities as the street was developed and houses are built along your street "lane".
How old is the house / neighbor directly behind you and do they have aerial service or underground service?
Finally do you have another ISP that can provide service like Cable or Fixed Wireless?
