New construction - no help from ATT
My mother recently moved into a new construction home. The home is already wired for ATT, yet we are unable to get anyone at ATT to establish service because her address is not in the ATT database. She is receiving other mail and deliveries at the address, so it does exist. We are extremely frustrated after many calls to customer service who say they are unable to help. The builder provided a local contact who we’ve also tried to connect with via text, phone call and email. Unfortunately my mother is living in a brand new home Ruth no TV or internet and listing hope that ATT will work this out.
