My sprinkler line has been damaged twice when attempting to bury my AT&T fiber lines

Twice in a row, the third-party folks that AT&T sends out to bury my fiber lines have significantly damaged by sprinkler lines.  We have a $300 repair claim in at MySedgwick.com, but I can't get a response to check on my claim.  We will now have to submit a second claim for the second damaged line.  I see no other option but to cancel both my cellular and internet service with AT&T - this whole experience with fiber has been an absolute nightmare.

We have dedicated team for this, please call them @ 800.288.2020 and, they will be happy to assist you. They are available 10am-7pm central, 7 days a week.

 

Heads-up: First you have to call @ 800.288.2020 where you can report about your concern and raise the ticket. Then call the buried wired team @ 800.924.9420 and provide the ticket number.
