My sprinkler line has been damaged twice when attempting to bury my AT&T fiber lines
Twice in a row, the third-party folks that AT&T sends out to bury my fiber lines have significantly damaged by sprinkler lines. We have a $300 repair claim in at MySedgwick.com, but I can't get a response to check on my claim. We will now have to submit a second claim for the second damaged line. I see no other option but to cancel both my cellular and internet service with AT&T - this whole experience with fiber has been an absolute nightmare.
