My curb, lawn, and sewer cover were damaged from digging - can't get a response locally

Hello!  AT&T recently did some digging in my neighborhood (Cleveland Hall in Old Hickory, TN), and we were out of town when it occured.  When we returned, we found the curb had been damaged – it is badly cracked, and it is moved about 2" out from where it is supposed to be.  Also the sewer cover is warped, so it won't sit evenly over the sewer without wobbling.  In my neighborhood, the front lawns are required to be sodded, and the place where digging occured across the street was resodded to patch it, but ours was left with straw over it.

 

I contacted our HOA representative, but it took him 2 weeks to get back to me with the local contact information.  Now that I have the local rep's contact (Adrian Goad, AT&T Sr. Specialist Tech Project Management), I can't get him to return my calls.

 

Would you please let me know how to contact someone who can help me?  I am worried that this has gotten drawn out over 3 weeks from the actual damage, and AT&T will balk on repairs if we can't get it taken care of quickly.  I can provide my address, phone, and email, and I have photos from the day we returned and discovered the damage.

I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.  Allow a couple of days for a responce.
