My ATT install

Ok here is the deal. I ordered my internet service on October 22 and had an appointment for the 25th. When they were there to install it, they found an issue in the ground. I was told it would be fixed by November 1st. After that I have been calling people every few days to try to get an update and find out when I will be able to get Internet. Last weekend someone came out and did some work at my house and Monday November 15th I called multiple people to try and find the status of this and one of the people said it had been fixed and scheduled me an appointment to have internet on November 18th. After my scheduled appointment time is coming to an end no one had showed up or called. I called and talked to multiple people that had conflicting information and were no help. So, I went to the ATT store I ordered my service from and still did not get any answers. I went back to the store today and finally got something. The manager said the issue in the ground is supposed to be fixed next week. I asked if a technician can be there to install it when the issue is fixed and he said no will have to make another appointment after it is fixed and wait again. This is the worst experience with any service provider of any kind I have ever had. which is par for the course with my experiences from ATT. I am a disabled Veteran who works and is going to school full time. Not having internet is not only extremely inconvenient for me but causes me to have to stay away from my family almost all day and all-night cause I cannot do my homework at home. I am afraid that I will miss an important moment with my 1-year-old daughter because of this. My wife also does some of her work from home which she cannot complete. I must reiterate this is the WORST EXPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY! I will be posting this everywhere I can.

Get another provider if you have to have internet service and att cannot get it to you as soon as you need it.

They are the only provider in neighborhood currently.
