missing fiber cable coupler/connector
I received my self-install kit, but the existing fiber cable in the wall is missing the coupler piece to connect the wires together (that little green piece). Is this something AT&T can provide? Do i need to schedule a tech to come out? Or is this something I need to buy/fix on my own?

Are you talking about the cable as shown below? If so HERE is a link to cables that will work.

The coupler comes with the wall plate, not the fiber cable... will need a tech appointment, especially as the fiber end behind the wall plate may be damaged.

@tonydi yes exactly the part with the red arrow is missing! i called at&t and they’re sending out a tech, but i partly wonder if i could just grab that coupler /connector piece myself.

There are SC/APC to SC/APC couplers on Amazon but I can't tell if they'd fit the place in the wall plate where the AT&T version goes.
