Missed fiber appointment to bury line currently taped across our street.
It would seem at a minimum communicating with the customer would be a priority. I watched the crew pull up and look at the road then drive off without doing anything. I suspect they were under the impression that they only had to bury the line in my yard and discovered they had to find a way to run the fiber under the street. I have no idea if that is the case because no one has bothered to tell me.
Will AT&T provide an update with an ETA?

That is likely correct... the tech who placed the wiring on the ground is the one who should have created the burial request which would have a statement is boring needed, if yes how long, under what material... if the tech failed to include that information (burial crew is paid extra to bore and needs the right equipment) there would be nothing none.
Zip code?
Someone will be back at a future time... so the wire is laying on top of the road?

Thank you for the follow up. Yes the fiber is literally hugging my moderately travelled street with bright orange tape. It is strange, if you drive down my street everyone has the proper conduit to run the fiber across except for us. Ironically, we were there first people on my street to order fiber and appear to be the only house missing the conduit. I appreciate you responding! 73072 is my zip code :-)
