Misleading and frustrating information

Recently moved to Orlando, Was told that technician will show up next day to install fiber optic service.  He/she didn't. Called next day to seer what happened. Was told no technician was scheduled to see me. Talked to a supervisor who assured me that technician would show up between 9:00 am and noon on Monday. As of 8:00 pm Monday nobody showed up but received a message that no technician will show up.ñ at all.  If neeed to reschedule  to send text message NEW. Called customer service; no account has been set up on my name and had to provide same information as before. Person hanged up. Called again and explain the whole thing to new rep . Turn out that I didn't need a technician. When asked  why they didn't say anything before about it got another supervisor who said that I would be  $95 for technician to show to install the service. Canceled service and will look for another provider. What it used to be a nice company no more
