List of Construction Contacts Oklahoma City Metro and Surrounding Areas

Good day.  I work for an engineering firm in Edmond.  I am trying to locate a list/map of AT&T contacts (phone/email preferably) when we have a new construction project in the Oklahoma City Metro or surrounding areas such as Tuttle, Edmond, Guthrie, etc.  We do a lot of private development work and it's vital we have contacts for all utility companies at the start of each construction project.
