Lied to

We came home and found that our services were turned off because we had not switched to fiber. We called the company and the lady told us she could upgrade us to fiber and with the flick of a switch, we had our services back on “with fiber” almost immediately...the problem was that no one installed fiber in our home. You can’t just flip a switch to fiber, and they tried to charge us 40 dollars more a month, but with “discounts” it ended up being 20 more dollars a month.
Our remotes quit working and you could only watch two televisions at a time. I’ve never heard of a more deceitful company in my life. Total accountability. The technicians came to our house and apologized profusely and couldn’t believe what happened.
