https://www.att.com/internet/availability/
If can order internet 300 or higher is FTTP
Internet 25 to 100 is FTTN
F is for fiber, N is node (neighborhood) while P is premise (home)

It says "AT&T is not available at this address." Is there anyway that I can still get Fiber internet?

If some other provider offers it. You might want to try https://broadbandnow.com.

Actually...
If your pockets are deep, you might be able to order dedicated business fiber. Keep in mind that the costs are in the order of $10/foot from the Central Office for installation and hundreds of dollars per month for sub-gigabit bandwidth.
EDIT: Fix typo on pricing for laying fiber

Or consider moving to where ATT fiber is available…
Is this Jackson Tennessee 38301?
ATT provides hardwired service to about 82% of addresses in that zip code.
There are (2) other Fiber providers on that area with the most coverage by Jackson Energy Authority and small coverage area by Aeneas.
ATT has stated goal of providing fiber to 50% (30 million) of their hardwired footprint. If no hardwired service option current exists I would not expect fiber to be provided.

We understand that you have questions related to fiber internet not being availble for you at the current moment Kenny1235. We can help with some useful information.
There could be a number of reasons why fiber is not availble in your area such as, area being controlled by competitors or equipment not being updated to handle fiber. A lot of situations can play a factor.
Please let us know if that helps.

Would love for Fiber to be available here downtown where I live. It is available in the outlying neighborhoods, but oddly enough not downtown proper.

I would love to have fiber available at my address here in downtown of my city. It is odd to me it is available in the outlying neighborhoods, but not available here in downtown proper. My address is closer to the big 4 story center the next town over, than the other neighborhoods are. I am currently stuck with cable and it has been down for multiple hours 4 days out of the past week. There are many who would pay the lower price for the fiber and have faster speeds for less.
