Internet Security Suite

Is this software still available? I tried downloading using the link on the att website, but it doesn't work.

Our Security Suite is still available and the link you provided is correct. 

 

There are a few things we can try:

  • Clear your browser data (cache, cookies, history)
  • Try a different browser
  • Verify you can login on att.com and the email you are providing is the same one associated with the account. 

If the issue persists: 

  • Where are you running into a problem?
  • Does it allow you to log in?  
  • What error are you getting, if any?

I tried clearing my cache on my browser (chrome) and also tried a couple of other browsers (firefox and edge) with no luck. After I login through the link you provided, it logs me out immediately and says "We're sorry, we can't process your request at this time..." Also tried logging in through the att website which I can get on successfully, but when I go to the internet security suite page and click on the get it button, it logs me out. with the same error message mentioned earlier.
