AT&T cut corners by hiring a third party to install fiber optic in our neighborhood. No one inspected the work and it turns out they missed multiple houses. We signed up to upgrade our internet to fiber optic and now can not due to the incomplete work. We will now be without the service we signed up for until the work outside can be completed. We can’t even call to complain about this mishap because we only get a call center in India who doesn’t understand what we are talking about. We deserve better than what AT&T is providing for customer service. Very disappointed.
