Internet Installation

Hello AT&T,

I just moved to a new house & I reached out to AT&T for internet installation. The technician came to install but discoverer the terminal was across the street which will require a dig up. I have since been reaching out to AT&T to get an ETA when the digup will happen, but no response. Seems frustrating since I permanently work from home.

Can someone help please?

You need a line buried under the street, in most markets this is a local contractor.

The burial can be 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes less than 10 days but often 2+ weeks.

The ATT Buried Hotline Center is who reaches out to local contractors to perform this type of work. Once a date is agreed upon you will be notified of the burial date.

After burial is completed then the order is sent back to ATT Dispatch to schedule a new installation date.

Seems I joined AT&T for a chat last night, no one responded other than auto response. Can someone give me a direct message please?
