Internet connectivity fails, often
We have a Business Fiber 1000s plan/account. Internet connectivity fails often. We loose connectivity several times daily for a few minutes, and once a week the problems are so severe that only a full reboot of the AT&T router gets us connectivity again. Obviously unacceptable for a corporate account. What can AT&T do to provide quality service and address this?

Have you checked the ground on the power outlet? If you aren’t using a surge protector, I’d recommend getting a decent one. A lot of “power strips” or outlet expanders aren’t actually surge protectors.
Could be static build up on the power line.
This could be a firmware issue on the modem as well, or a connected switch or WiFi router.

I agree. Worth trying to change the power strip for a full UPS system with actual surge protection. @IT Yoda - does the AT&T router serf-update (firmware)?
