Installation technician didn’t show up for the second time

Hello,

I ordered for AT&T fibe on June 20th, my 1st installation was scheduled on June 28th, the technician didn’t come. AT&T called me & said sorry for not honouring the schedule & rescheduled for July 4th . Even for the 2nd time they didn’t show up .

im thinking to cancel your service and go for some other internet provider.

seems like your service is poor in 30041 zip code

July 4th is a holiday, would not expect installation on a holiday. 

On Sundays and holidays there is a skeleton crew (about 10% of work force) who primarily performs repairs only, especially during this time when most repairs are 5 to 7 days out.

Installs are Monday to Saturday except when a holiday.

Whoever scheduled your appointment is likely overseas and not aware of July 4th being a USA holiday.

It was an AT&T employee who scheduled me for the 4th July. They should know the holiday calendar.  Sorry This doesn't expedite my process in anyway. You could give me a direct internet service escalation/technican number.
