Installation Not Happening

I am super (Edited per community guidelines) that I waited for 2 different days for 2 different installations that they knew were never gonna happen. I spent hours on the phone getting transferred and lied to, only to finally be told we will contact you once they fix the problem whatever that is, pretty much don't call us we will call you. Could be 2 days 2 weeks or 2 years which is fine but to be on the phone and stuck at home waiting for nothing really is frustrating. I was told 1 time they had to get my neighbors permission! Say what now? Unless my neighbors are gonna pay the bill I don't have to ask anything from them. Super (Edited per community guidelines) if I had other options I would definitely use them, but since I live in BFE it is what it is.

I find it fascinating that you have people to edit the word P.O. but not to actually reach out to the person who is "upset" to try and rectify the situation. No offense to you moderators but come on it just goes to show you that they really don't care if you are (Edited per community guidelines).

Bots scan for words and phrases that aren't allowed and they do edit some questionable ones. Your complaint is a common one.

Yeah, we recently discovered that the bots remove the name of a popular maker of printers that begins with the letter C.  Absolutely no idea why that could possibly be, I've even looked up the word in some other languages and can't find anything offensive about it.

Just guessing, but it sounds like the field tech needs to get to the AT&T equipment for your service but it's in your neighbor's yard, perhaps not accessible (locked gate, etc) and they need them to let them in?  Is your service coming in underground or from an aerial pole?

No locked gate and I am not sure about the service I know my electric is run under ground. But last night my phone rang and it said it was ATT so I answered it with with an optimistic attitude but that was soon deflated when the gentleman who called was informing me that fiber was now available in my area and would I be interested in signing up well needless to say I about lost my mind. Come on man y'all need to get it together.

Actually, lived in the south quite a few years, well versed on southern terms. Seemed to me you were addressing AT&T, not the members of this board, we have it together, your problem is with AT&T.

I have to say the only thing more comical than not being able to get a straight answer about what's up with my installation its getting a bill for service I don't even have. Bravo AT&T you have outdone yourselves this time. IMPRESSIVE!!!!!
