Installation appointment rescheduled 3 times. Weeks between each one of the appointments, are you kidding me????
I have been waiting over a month to get the service, it was a long wait for the first install appointment, but it's been a bad year so I was patient and waited, I had the appointment 2 days ago, they rescheduled for today and now they are saying they can do it on January 28th !!
Are you kidding me??? My son already missed the remote school in December, but I can't let him miss more classes in January.
this has to be a mistake. AT&T, help me here!
