IMPROPER BILLING

I HIRED A WIRELESS SERVICE FOR MY APARTMENT, I NEVER RECEIVED IT, I DISCOVERED THAT THEY INSTALLED IT IN ANOTHER APARTMENT, MINE IS V201 AND IT WAS INSTALLED IN 113 I DON'T KNOW WHICH BUILDING, AND IN ADDITION TO THEY CHARGING ME $55.30 AS A DELAYED BILL, FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER EVER I HAVE, THEY ARE STILL ASKING ME TO RETURN AN EQUIPMENT THAT THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG APARTMENT, I'M GOING TO PAY FOR MY ENTIRE IPAD AND IPHONE AND CANCEL EVERYTHING, BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED ABOUT 10 TIMES EXPLAINING AND THE CHARGES CONTINUE

YOU POSTED IN THE “WIRELESS” FORUM WHICH MEANS “CELLPHONE” SERVICE BUT CELLPHONE SERVICE IS NOT INSTALLED SO YOUR POST MAKES NO SENSE.

The problem isn't so much the billing issue The problem is they didn't install internet in your apartment. They think they did. Have you explained to them they did not?
