I'm using ATT fiber do I need to buy separate connection for my new home?

HI ATT team, 

We used to have an ATT fiber connection, but my mom bought a house near the same street and we need an internet connection there. We can't send direct signals there through wifi, so should we buy new internet services or expand the previous one?
