I have been trying to find out when AT&T will bring fiber wire internet service to my address.

I am unable to navigate through the website. My home initially had 2 phone lines. On the AT&T website it says I live in a multi family unit. There is no relevant answer like one house, 2 lines. Is there any way to get through that problem. On the websites that show availability of the service it says we do have it. I would rather boil in oil than call the 800 number.
